A total of 461 prospective graduates from various faculties at the Universitas Islam Riau participated in a career preparation event organized by the UIR Career Center on June 8, 2023. In this spirited event, participants gained inspiration from two distinguished speakers, namely Jessy Mulia Rachmat from BSI Pekanbaru Area Manager and Oriza Sativa, ST from Pertamina Hulu Rokan Drilling & Completion Logistic Operation Support Company.
With the theme “Knowing Self-Potential and Job Interview Preparation,” Jessy Mulia Rachmat shared her experience as a leader in the banking industry. With great enthusiasm, she provided valuable insights on how to explore one’s potential and prepare oneself for job interview challenges in the banking world.
Meanwhile, Oriza Sativa, ST, an internship mentor at FHCI PHR, provides deep insights into job interview preparation from the perspective of other industries, especially in logistics operations and mining support. With his extensive experience, Oriza offers practical tips for facing the selection processes that prospective professionals in those industries might encounter.
