The Soft Skill Division is responsible for the following: 

1. Carrying out career maps of students at Universitas Islam Riau
2. Planning for seminars and training programmes to improve students or graduate students’ soft skills 
3. Assessing the soft skills’ seminar or training outcomes
4. Reporting the results of the seminars and training to the head of the career center.
