Through this program, you will undergo training with professional mentors from various fields at EMP. The program will start with intensive in-class training, then followed by on-the-job training and rotation to various work sections and work areas of Energi Mega Persada.

- Minimum GPA 3.00.
- Maximum age 25 years.
- Maximum work experience 2 years.
- Have good verbal and non-verbal English skills.
